Bank of Queensland (BOQ) and its in-house creative agency The Inside Job with Taxi Film Production, have launched their latest home loan campaign, showcasing BOQ’s unparalleled service and support to all clients in their home lending process. buying and refinancing a home.

According to Melody Townsend, Managing Director of Retail Marketing at BOQ Group: “Whether you are currently considering buying your first home or considering your next, there are many important decisions to be made, which is why it is important to feel supported from when you find a good rate until your settlement date.

In the style of an old-school ’70s set-up, the 30-second spot takes place in the midst of a bidding war. A couple of budding homeowners are flanked by an FBI-style van parked outside the property, with a team of BOQ home loan specialists inside, armed with great rates and even better service.

As things begin to look unfavorable for our bidding couple, the specialists at BOQ are still there and still in control, brazenly urging some nudist “nightmare neighbors” to stop bidding and secure victory for their coupled clients.

The alternate ending of a second TV commercial introduces us to another nightmarish neighbor – a screaming heavy metal drummer who is catapulted out of a garage.
